Bricsys India, represented by DesignSense Software Technologies, participated in VISION 2020, a premier regional Lighting Industry Conference organized by the Indian Society of Lighting Engineers, Karnataka State Chapter.
The seminar attracted some of the best Indian and overseas speakers from the Lighting Industry, and witnessed several useful talks, analysis and research presentations. Clearly, LED lighting was the most topical subject and hogged the limelight but we also got to hear about the other side of LED technology - how unregulated imports and unscrupulous manufacturers from certain countries are bringing in environmentally harmful and personal health-damaging LED lights.
"The right of wrong LED light can have a significant effect on wellness and health" is what the forum agreed.
The event was held at the NIMHANS Convention Center and was attended by over 300 delegates, and a significant number of students. We exhibited BricsCAD and Artisan software at the event and introduced BricsCAD as a full-featured CAD design platform for the lighting industry professionals.

Prof. Jaisim's Fountainhead is a well-known architectural practice in Bengaluru. He has been associated with the ISLE - Karnataka Chapter for quite some time and he was with us during this conference and at the Bricsys India stand.
