As part of its organizational re-structuring to acquire leadership status in the rapidly evolving marketplace, the Board of Directors of BEACON have approved this major hire that is expected to drive new thinking and innovation in the company’s strategy and goals.
BEACON is India’s largest provider of Design Automation solutions around the Dassault Systemes SolidWorks range of applications, in addition to being one of the top 5 SolidWorks re-sellers in the APAC region. Mr. Barros brings with him a string of diverse experience with proven success points. His past experience includes being full time Director of HR at Dina Foods Pvt. Ltd., (the largest PepsiCo Bottling Company in the Middle East) and Leader – HR, APAC & ME, Pentair Water reflect the experience of working in multi-cultural environment on a global scale.
Mr. Barros received his Master’s Degree in Sociology from the prestigious Mumbai University and is a native of the sunny state of Goa.
