Ralph Grabowski is a busy man through the year. When he is not covering events and conferences around the world, he is writing books for BricsCAD, one of the few CAD platforms for which he religiously updates his prized publications.
Here are three new releases to hit the CAD space in recent weeks:
BricsCAD V16 for AutoCAD users:
The migration bible for those wanting to make the switch from AutoCAD to BricsCAD. Not really a brand new book, it is now in its 8th edition and has been updated for the latest BricsCAD release.
Inside BricsCAD V16.2:
In-depth coverage of BricsCAD, including the new features in the last sub-release, V 16.2.
Customizing BricsCAD V16:
Get the most out of your BricsCAD V16. How to customize the user-interface, commands, macros, plotter, hatch, support files and so on.
Each year, Bricsys releases the next numbered version in October, a schedule they have been sticking to religiously since 2011. Following this release, Ralph Grabowski updates and releases his popular book, BricsCAD for AutoCAD users. This is followed by his books on Customizing BricsCAD and then, there is mid-year release of what's new and cool in the current BricsCAD release.
While one book focuses on the AutoCAD-to-BricsCAD transition, the second one is for those wanting to learn BricsCAD in depth and the last is purely a customization guide.
All books are FREE to download and read, if you find them useful and want to support the author, a small suggested fee of around $30 is mentioned.
