Here is an update I found on the Bricsys forum from Tijs Vermeulen. BricsCAD for Mac is now getting closer to a beta release (Click on the image above to be able to read it clearly).
Look forward to the native release of BricsCAD on Mac.

I recently bought a Mac computer because of various reasons. I used to work on windows 7 and I have been using Bricscad for many years and I understand the program. Is there a way that I can install brickscad on the mac - or is there a bricscad version for mac available on the market.

As you can see from the post, BricsCAD for Mac is still in development and is in beta. Wait for further announcement from the company about when to expect the release.
