Today, I did a performance benchmark using the latest Bricscad V 12.1.22, whose raster file improvements were reported yesterday.
I took a 240 MB TIFF file composed using stitched and overlaid images generated by Google Maps, along with its world file.
On my old laptop, it loaded in Bricscad within 60 seconds, even faster than in AutoCAD.
