During the period from March 2011 to February 2012, our customers experienced frequent problems dealing with CCAvenue.com mainly because of some stringent credit card processing guidelines laid out by the Reserve Bank of India coupled with less-than-acceptable customer service from CCAvenue.com. We have had to ask our clients to resort to check and bank payment methods to overcome the situation on many occasions. We deeply regret this and apologize for all the inconvenience caused.
Now, we have identified an alternative service provider, 2Checkout.com and have switched over our entire order processing system to them. 2Checkout.com has provided us with a much flexible ordering system with all modern features, security and user-interface. So far, the order processing through 2Checkout.com has been smooth and we hope will continue like this in the future.
